FLUID GELS.

My love of the Fluid Gel has been growing for a long time; I just can’t get enough of them. 

The intense flavours, colours and applications almost seem endless. Not a day goes by without me sheering a gel smooth and shiny, ‘boiling’ the air out and ending up with a glossy Fluid Gel to make beautiful intense shapes of flavour.

Later on I will get into more depth, recipes and applications.
